Our office is open to serve you Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. Our staff will make every effort to accommodate your busy schedule and to make sure that there is no delay in getting you the medical attention you need.

Our providers practice at Southampton Memorial Hospital, Franklin, VA. Their main phone number is (757) 569-6100. The Women’s Suite is located on the third floor.

Emergencies
For emergency care after our normal business hours, please go immediately to the nearest hospital Emergency Room.

If labor begins or an urgent situation occurs during regular office hours, please call our office at (757) 562-4156 or go directly to the Emergency Room at Southampton Memorial Hospital.

If labor begins or an urgent situation occurs when the office is closed, please go directly to the Emergency Room at Southampton Memorial Hospital and they will contact our provider on call.

Telephone Calls
We welcome and encourage you to call the office with concerns or questions relative to your healthcare. If your question requires the attention of a nurse or physician, we will return your call as soon as possible.

Please allow 24 hours for prescription refills to be called in to your pharmacy. If you have had lab work or x-rays, please allow 5 business days before calling for results.

Medical Records and Confidentiality
Your medical records and healthcare are completely confidential. Federal guidelines prohibit us from discussing anything about your healthcare, even with family members, unless you have given us written permission. You may view our Notice of Privacy Practices here.

Ultrasonography
Our office is equipped with three ultrasound machines. We are able to offer 4-dimensional ultrasounds in addition to traditional 2-dimensional ultrasounds. 4-dimensional ultrasounds display real-time motions to observe baby’s movement, anatomy and behavior while in the uterus. These ultrasounds are also beneficial in the evaluation of a woman’s uterus and ovaries.
