Sally Carr, nurse practitioner, joined OB/GYN Physicians, Inc., in 1994. Nurse practitioners are registered nurses who have specialized training in obstetrics and gynecology. Sally provides yearly gynecological exams and Pap smears, contraceptive methods and counselling, routine prenatal and postpartum care, diagnosis and treatment of infections, evaluation of menstrual irregularities and discomforts, and hormone replacement therapy. She has a special interest in providing care and education to adolescent girls.
